hello doctor I have throat pain. and I am breastfeeding to my 6 month baby. What remedy to take?

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 2 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hai good afternoon !! Have luke warm water and gargil warm water with salt for 1-2 minutes repeat this 2-3 times a day morning ,evening and at night for two days.
Avoid frozen items ,cool items which might cause throat infection ,pain.
