hello doctor. I have 6 years 3 months son his upper teeth fell down almost 3 months before. still permanent teeth is not at came. any issues

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. do not worry baby will get the teeth soon give calcimax p 5 ml regularly For further advice it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination if there is need for investigations also then only proper treatment can be given to you o . K .

It Will definitely come don’t worry about it still if you have any kind of doubt then you can definitely take a consultation from a paediatric dentist maybe the dentist would be able to tell you and guide you correctly on this but as of now how I look at it it is absolutely not an issue
