hello doctor I had pregnancy induce hypertension I delivered a girl baby and after my delivery my doctor has stopped the bp medicines today after one week when I checked the bp its was 160/ 108 and it was fluctuating so she gave me amlong 5 mgtablets for two weeks should I continue tablets again twice a day

A. Yes for now you have to take as BP is high but now start taking ash gourd juice in the morning empty stomach and improve your lifestyle limit salt intake and use saindha namak in cooking avoid oily fried junk foods and start walking and exercising
