Hello Doctor I had cough and cold for the past three days and my daughter is 7 weeks old she too has started coughing a little since yesterday and her eyes are also a little watery can you please suggest any home remedy to cure it and also are Nasal Saline drops safe.

A. nasoclear saline drops in the baby nose ok tcold and cough most of the times because of viral infection sometimes even allergies please give steam inhalation frequently to liquefied the secretions and saline nasal drops in nose of the baby
