Hello Doctor I feel like my baby lost weight.she is drink milk less and cerelac also.i don't know what to do kindly help?

A. what is the wt as baby should be 2 times the birth wt at 4 to 6 months and three times the birth wt at completing one yr... it is exclusively breast feed recommended fr 6 mnths...
