Q.

Hello doctor I am a working mom and going to work 8-10 hours after returning to home my daughter want to breastfeed. Is it safe for her to feed after 10-12 hours gap. Should I express some milk before feeding? Plz help

A. you can continue night feeding sessions till three years completion. breastmilk contain lots of antibodies that protects from all viral infections and helps in inducing better sleep in children

A. Yes You can definitely breastfeed the child after 10 to 12 hours also what’s the harm in it there is nothing wrong with it I can only tell you one specific thing that if you have sufficient breastfeed then I am just going to simply advise you that you should actually pump your breast feed and leave Sam at home for the child
