Hello Doctor I am 7 week 4 days pregnant as per week calculation but in scan it show 5 weeks 2 days and doctor told still heartbeat not detected. and my periods are regular with 28 to 30 days cycle . I am worried about heartbeat not visible.. could you please let me know the reason and steps to improve my journey
