hello doctor I am 5th month pregnent.. mujhe cough and cold jayada ho gaya hai. cough ke karan mere gale main dard and kharish ho rahi hai.. nose bhi block hai.. please suggest what to do.. and which medicine I can take which doesn't effect my baby..

please take warm milk with haldi and pinch of salt twice a day
please take steam twice a day with steamer
please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug instant sanitizer
