hello doctor I am 3mnth pregnant I have gastric pain please suggest any gas syrup

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist2 years agoA. You can use syrup Gaviscon multiple times in a day, and if it is double strength then take not more than 5 ml . It is safe during pregnancy and ask very fast
