Hello doctor gudmrng, my baby is now 18 days old , during birth her weight was 2.355 gm how should I gain her weight pls suggest me so that she should look healthy

A. Hello dear parent, we'll your baby will gain 400 to 500 grams every month till 6 months of age. Give feed to your baby every two hours and must burp him after every feed by holding him in upright position and massage his back for 20 mins and 4 burps are necessary. This will help in releasing gas and prevents colic pain. Good luck and take care
