Hello Doctor Greetings. My Baby Manha Rihanshi has dandruff. What shampoo should I use for it?Please advise me how to cure in the beginning. Hope your advice will be very useful for me. Thank You in advance.

Spoo shampoo is the best voice their parents have currently at this age for your child that you can use for dandruff also sometimes that this could be due to excessive dryness in to the scalp so I would advise you to maintain proper hydration into the skin of the child and also if needed please consult with your paediatrician or a dermatologist as well
