it needs to be seen if the child doing vomiting most of the time it is because of not giving proper working but if the child is repeatedly vomiting it needs proper examination to rule out any other cause like infection

hii i know your problem
1, feed low quantity of milk.
2, give a atleast 1hours gap to your next feeding
3,after feeding eructation( ತೆಗಿಸುವುದು)your baby, it is specifically effective for baby digest 
its really works let's try it

baby pukes out milk common in babies and because of reflux action.. 
always burp after feed.. 
don't immediately put the baby on bed after feed.. 
keep the baby in burping position and gently massage the head and back.. 
give small feeds.. 
maintain gap between feeds..
