Hello doctor good morning my four years old son not passing stool properly he went everyday but not emptying the bowl plz give me the suggestion for this problem

A. ir is firm .Hard stool is very common specially in toddler age as kids don't drink much water . Just increase of fibers and fruits in diet along with plenty of water will help in constipation . Other wise lactulose can be used if kid age is more than 2 yr .
