hello doctor good evening, my girl baby 45days old and not passing stools daily, every 2days or 3days only she is passing and also when she passes gas it's very smelly, pls suggesting that

A. baby is 45 days Constipation is common in exclusively breastfed babies feed the baby in sitting and c arm position burp everytime after feeding do cycling exercise wait till 10 days if the problem perissts kindly consult your doctor

A. hi it is normal no need to worry just feed your child on demand. give Massage to your child regularly it will definitely help to regularise bowlmovements. give Massage on stomach in clockwise direction with firm hands. move your child legs in cycling motions.
