Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Cough and Cold should be treated only after a proper examination by a doctor as there may be some associated factor . As the first line of treatment you can give steam inhalatdion which would be helpful g. Cough Syp should be given only after a proper evaltuation .

Neelam ChinnappaMom of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. thank you for reaching out to ask this question I would suggest that make you are given a chance on steam and something really want to have that will give relief also some home remedies like giving a honey with Ginger juice will help however you will need to see a pediatrician who can examine and let you know the right medication based on whether dry cough or wet cough
