Hello doctor, from the last 10 days I am giving 1 cup of haldi milk at night to my 7 year old son. He enjoys drinking haldi milk.. Should I continue to give him daily. Please suggest. Thank you

Okay so do one thing if it suits you add a pinch of black pepper into that and if your child likes to have dry fruit add one or 2 teaspoons of dry fruit powder to that in the night this is something which is going to elevate the milk that you were giving apart from turmeric adding these two things are going to help in building more stronger immunity it’s a very healthy thing that you are doing please continue with it without any doubt
