Hello Doctor From few months I m feeling sleepy whole day though I take proper sleep every night properly and I m taking Vitamin D3 tablet ..

A. you might be suffering from nutritional deficiency because if they are less in the body that is Minerals and vitamins it can lead to weakness as well as no interest in the surrounding as well as you will not be able to do proper work so please visit your doctor for the same who will guide you
