hello doctor for my baby girl has full dandruff she is one year old I'm using mama Earth milky soft shampoo but no use

A. Spoo shampoo you can use for dandruff it’s going to be the best that you can use as of now and also your child is too small if you’re okay with it I would recommend you to get the head of your child totally shaved off that is also going to help in eliminating it completely from the scalp
