Hello doctor, can you please tell me what is the use of COLIGYL-DS dry syrup(paediatric)

A. hello mum this is an antibiotic syrup which is given to fight with the bacterial diseases which are concerned with the stomach or the intestine it will help to kill all the bacterias that causes problems in the stomach give medication as prescribed by the doctor
