hello doctor can u give me some good food list to give my son in dinner he is not drinking proper milk at night he only drink 3times only 90ml

A. Hello mom you can give a filling dinner so that he is sleeping peacefully and does not wake up much for feed , you can make some porridge with ragi or multigrain mix or Dalia as well . Or roti dipped in dal or soup
