should be given as per age
but preferably start with only home cooked foods khichri pani mashed rice water and dal pani followed by khichri, boiled vegies, fruits in pureed Anand mashed form, continue breastfeeding

Well actually both of them are good but I have use this brand so I am telling you that you can do for it it’s very good you can give it once to your child in a day other than that give proper home-cooked food to your child for proper growth
