Hello doctor.. Can i give any milk supplement in my child's milk as he is not gaining weight and just taking 4 ounce of milk.. He is 1 year 3 months.

ExpertDr Shubhangi TiwaneAyurvedic Nutritionist4 years agoA. Hi mom , At this stage you should introduce all kind of food cooked in family kitchen. Give your baby freshly prepared homemade food only.
include all kind of pulses,cereals,fruits , eggs , green leafy vegetables ghee curd in your baby's diet .
Do not give any packet food or bakery products.
also make sure your baby is involved in proper physical activity daily it is also important for healthy growth.
