hello doctor baby wait is low plz consan baby growth and vittamin d and not zinc anny medisan plz addwaaish me she is low

A. hi what is your child weight ? if it is between 8 to 12 kg ,you should not worry but if it is low then you need to check Health issues like teething,worm Infection , nutritional deficiencies , indigestion etc
