hello doctor baby is having too much cough... i m giving maxtra 2.5 twice a day... still nt well.. do i need to change the syrup. plz suggest

A. can be given tk baby .Sneezing and cough cold may be due ti seasonal changes and steam is effective in this . Also can be given as home remedy 2 to 3 times in a day . Asthakind ls can also be given 3 times for coughadn paracetamol for the fever .
