hello Doctor... as my child turned 4months I got heavy hair fall ..what to do for it..plz suggest

Hello ma’am Sometimes it is due to deficiency of iron or so so you can start having a supplement for the same apart from that would like to tell you to regularly oil your hair and just use a shampoo which is completely chemical free and mild to be used and if it is feasible for you then only go for mineral water for washing your hair as that only is going to be give you good effect and also you can make a onion oil mixed with black seeds at home start applying that as well
