Q.

hello doctor , am the mother of 18months Boy. am feeding to my baby .now am the pregnant of 2nd month. so plz suggest any tips to stop breastfeeding to my baby boy ...and also suggest how to introduce normal milk to him....

A. Hello mom you can gradually introduce him to cows milk which is quite similar to mothers milk .. give him initially in small quantities and as the toddler gets used to it you may increase the quantity of it . You can replace it with your feed and also increase his number of Meals and then gradually stop one feed at a time .. and get firm with your decision and not give in to their demands as later it would get difficult
