Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. kindly give nasal saline drops every three hourly and since it is a salt water it does not have any side effects and can be given again and again rfor nasal blockage and try to prevent temperature variations on the child and you can also give indirect steam inhalation and if there is no improvement in 2 or 3 da6ys then meet your doctor

Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment
Give adequate feeding
BM contains natural antibiotics to cure infection like cold cough naturally
Give steam inhalation
