hello doc. my son is 2year 5months old. and wo fruits m banana k alawa kuch b nhi khata. or metha to bilkul b nhi khata even dudh bhi plain hi peta h so i want to know that agr wo metha na khay or fruits na khay to uski growth p asr hoga iska. wesay khana wo pett bhar k kha leta h dudh bhi p leta h.

A. offer variety of fruits and let child taste and choose on its own. prefer fat and protein rich diet. start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly. . . .

A. So That’s completely fine that’s completely natural and the child’s behaviour so you should try to give more of milk smoothies to the child where you can incorporate fruits and curd together so that’s the one thing to go for and if your child is eating regular food that you are giving them that’s more than enough
