Seasonal fruits and vegetables
Curd, paneer, cheese
You can give eggs and non veg foods
Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food.
Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible.

You may now introduce him to wheat , seasonal fruit and vegetables, lentils and legumes, panner, ghee , porridge, Dalia etc , dry fruits and nuts
