hello doc, my baby is 3.5 months old. she used to earlier take breast feed for 15-20 minutes per feeding session..now she suddenly starts crying after 5 minutes since last 4-5 days. what could be the reason and how to encourage her to continue breastfeeding?

A. it is fine. Mother feeding should be exclusive at least till 6 month of age of not directly then expressed milk can be tried. If not possible then milk formula should be given with proper dilution . After 6 month can start with top feed along with cow milk .
