Hello Doc ,my baby is 1 yr old and taking lactose but now I am going to start giving cow milk so my ques is can give both lactose or cow milk

A. Hello mom no it would be good that you prefer giving cows milk as now that he 1 year old now no need of giving lactogen to him you can go head and give animal or plant source milk to him
