Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. you can apply dologel over the mouth ulcer and give multivitamin syrup to your baby like jinkovit syrup 5 ml twice a day and further if you are concerned you can take guidance from your doctor to get proper suggestions about it which you can follow accordingly it will be better for details
