hello doc.mere bete ko kl morning se vomit ho rhi thi,medicine dene k baad uski vomit bnd ho gai aur loose motion hone lage,medicine de di h use but relief ni h,doc.ne Bola h 5 days mein dhire-dhire relax ho jayega,ab use diet mein kya dena h,doc.ne Bola h ki use infection ho gya,kya aap kuch aisa suggest kr skte ho ki usk loose motion bnd ho jaye

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. aapki baby ko gastroenteritis infection ho chuka hai It is very important to avoid dehydration please give ORS coconut water buttermilk to the baby give zinconia syrup 5 ml 2 times a day along with enterogermina tubes to the baby
