Q.

hello doc m having PCOD prblm..my cycle is irregular...nd my periods always take 7 to 8 days...bt this tym it took only 4 days..is it ok or I should worry about..?yi actually m going out of station..to should I take any medication fr this?

A. Your Gynecologist will give you the proper guidance regarding this after doing a proper examination angd then only some needful advice can be given regarding this . so please consult your doctor once.u Ine general you should take a healthy diet for yourself wigth plenty of liquids and also get a routine check up done
