Hello Doc, Is it mandatory to sleep on sides when pregnant? What if i am unable to sleep on my left side for too long and find laying on back as the most relaxing position to sleep? Can this be harmful?

NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy7 months agoA. hello it is ok to sleep on your back if unable to sleep sideways but make sure u are comfortqble n then is nit a problem n absolutely nothing to worry about
