Hello Doc I had a normal delivery my girl is going to be 11 month now I got my period after 7 mnth only 1 tym after wards I did not got my period my age is 32 plz suggest

A. see its ok as you can just be during breastfeeding ok. best is to use a good contraception and wait fir weaning as after that it will get okThen you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workout
