Hello doc, I am mom of 2 months old, I am not able to sleep during night times properly even though baby sleep. Day time also I don’t get sleep…Sometimes I ll get panic..plz help me wat to do?

A. if you are having disturb to sleep you should consult your doctor for a proper guidance also try to be stress free and take a healthy diet for yourself and gradually try to sleep properly
