Hello Doc I am 32 weeks pregnant and sometimes I feel sudden heavyness in my tummy it becomes very hard and at the same time I feel so much pressure in my vagina . Is it normal to have this or there is something about which I have to worry

A. Hello dear You might be experiencing Braxton Hicks contractions and it is normal during pregnancy. Make sure you are well hydrated as that will also cause the contractions. If they are very severe then consult your doctor
