Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. it is common for children to cry in their sleep. this could be due to a variety of reasons, such as nightmares, teething pain, or simply a need for comfort. it is important to provide reassurance and comfort to the child if they wake up crying. if the crying persists or is accompanied by other symptoms, it mcay be a good idea to consult with a pediatrician to rule out any underlying issues.
AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. For big children it is important to increase the physical activity of the child during the daytime and also see that the child is drinking plenty of water and is having a good diet just before sleep but at the same time the diet should be easily digestible and not very heavy diet which is causing more gas formation because that also can lead to digestion problem and that can disturb the sleep. also it is important to look for any environzmental disturbance which is affecting the sleep like temperature variations as well as the mattress problem. rule out constipation which might be causing gastric disturbance anzd change in sleep pattern
Thanks and take care
