ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes can give the simplest form of it, with minus salt, n very less spices. Weaning food must be a single grain food. Always feed freshly cooked food to your baby.

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom Yes u can give sooji upma to ur baby. It is easily digestible food that can be introduced to six months baby U can also give cerelac,daal ka pani,ripe banana apple puree,ragi porridge,pumpkin puree etc as the first food
