Hello. can I give gripe water to my 2.5 month girl.. she has gastric and she is not sleeping properly she will be stretching whole night and making noises in her throat whole night.. But she will not cry.. Only stretching and noises are there.. please suggest.. Thank you.

please always feed your child in tilted position and keep in up ward position after every feed
