Q.

Hello ! Can I give cocoa to my son?! And can I start giving cow milk in very less amount ? Inform of shake and drink?!

A. You should not give it before the age of 12 months usually we suggested to give it after the age of two years but if you want after 12 months you can give it to the child before using the unsweetened version as sweet one has and has too much of sugar into it
