hello...can I feed dry dates powder and dates syrup to my 8 th month baby during night?And which month should I introduce spices to her? please help me

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. spices Like A Pinch from black pepper Hing jeera you can add in the meals that will help in improving the digestibility and you can give home prepared Dates syrup or at little amount of jaggery in his meals
