Hello, Can i change formula from lactodex to NAN excella pro 1 ?

If the child doesn’t have any lactose intolerance then you can switch to May formula that you want but make sure that you don’t force the baby

In fact, you can even mix different brands of the same type of formula together if you feel that your baby responds better to a mixture of one brand with another.
