DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 7 months old and if he is having a fever then you can give him paracetamol 1 ml three times a day and frequent breast feeding

shreya goelMom of a 7 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello mom You have to give 4ML medication in every six hours gap if baby doesn’t get relief otherwise you have to give twice a day. Always check the temperature before giving medication and if babies temperature is more than 99° then only give any medication to your baby otherwise not Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
