Hi Mom, firstly go to your nearest best pediatric urologist and ask for all the details what Hypospadias it is? And what are the complications and benefits of doing surgery every case is different. Ask how often they do the surgery bcz doctors experience and often they do is very important check list to go ahead. Don’t worry mom every thing will go alright. I heard in Mumbai there is specialized hospital for Hypospadias. But do your research don’t only stick to one take 2-3 urologist opinions and then decide who is best for your son.
Surgery really depends on the severity of the hypospadias some minor forms don’t need it, but it’s upto parents decision of cosmetic wise. So check with your doctor.
