Hello all.. Me n my baby got covid positive.this is ours 2nd day...my baby still has fever....I'm very much tensed about my baby...Has anyone faced this situation...pls give your valuable suggestions

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce feverCovid symptoms could be anything like fever cough cold vomiting loose motions irritability lovfss of appetite and it depends upon the immunity of the child and accordingly the treatment and management is required
