hello 5days se fever cold cough fever hgitempar ayatha mefthol p denenekebad bi normal nahi ho rahatha doctor ne antibodies injection diyatha 3 days thak fever tho cam huatha but nonstop cough arahahe cough ki vajese vomiting bi horahahe sonahi parahahe 5 days ke badh bi normal nahi ho rahahe anybody telme

A. Yes sir same syrop s use kiyatha koyi asar nahi horahatha

A. kindly give syrup allegra 3.5 ml twice daily and syrup asthalin 5 ml twice daily. give nasal saline drops in the nasal cavity vevery 3 hourly and give indirect steam inhalation. if the child doesn't improve in next two and a half days then kindly meet your doctor and give warm water to drink. give home remexdies like tulsi ginger honey and turmeric with milk.
