helllo doctor .. I can see my baby is having mouth ulcer on the top of the mouth near the area where teeth come .. he is having cleft lip not palate ..wht should I do ? nd why it happened ,he isjust 21 days old .

A. in this query it is very difficult to comment here without knowing the proper history and without clinical evaluation. proper treatment suggestions would be gihfven in certain cases only after proper clinical examination so it will be better if you visit your doctor for proper treatment
