Hello ma’am it is the normal food that you should I been giving to your child from the very beginning itself after the age of 9 to 10 months we can say that you can introduce egg chicken and fish Roti Paratha any kind of Paratha vegetable Paratha and all the things you should be giving these things to your child for a proper growth
